What is your store's exchange/ return policy?
Due to the custom handmade nature of our items there NO REFUNDS or exchanges on ALL our items. All sales are final.
There may be slight variations in pattern placement/ color. If there is a problem with your order other than size, then please contact us through email. If your items do not fit, please feel free to resell or gift them. There are NO exceptions. If there is a workmanship issue regarding our product, please email us. Workmanship issues will only be considered within 3 days of delivery. If there is found to be a problem with your product it will be exchanged for the same size and print only, no refunds will be given. Workmanship issues will only be considered on unworn/ original delivery state.
Leia Roux have the right to refuse exchange/refund, and is subject to request proof of defect.
Please do keep in mind the turn around time for every listing. It is advisable to refer to the sizing chart for more accurate measurement and fit. A size chart is pictured on each listing. When unsure, it is best to size up for both shoesies or clothing.
Our slouchy shirts and rompers are true to size designed with intended slouchy/ baggy look. If you would like a slimmer fit or without slouch, it is advisable to size down.
How long till my order is shipped?
Please allow 5-7 business days before your order ships (for most items) UNLESS otherwise noted on the item listed upon ordering such as clothing. (Excluding U.S observed holidays)
CLOTHING: Our turn around time (production time) is now ready to ship (unless stated otherwise) for production. Then please allow 5-7 business days for processing before it ships out. This means that after the stated 'production time' plus 5-7 business days= Your order is ready to ship out and tracking information will be sent out automatically to you thru Paypal.
If need be sooner for any specific reason such as baby shower or gifting purposes, we do have a "RUSH" option for an additional charge. Rush orders will be processed with 5-7 business days (excluding weekends/ holidays) time frame. For custom headbands please read below:
* Items that may be noted "ready to ship" will ship within 5-7 business days. However, if you are ordering a headband or clothing and shoes together, the shipping time for the shoes applies for the ENTIRE ORDER. Same applies if you order an accessory with clothing, the time frame applies to the clothing as they will be shipped together. If you would like your headband or clothing sooner, you need to order it separately.
Flash Sale: Please allow 1-2weeks for shipment, unless stated "ready to ship." This includes shoesies, boots, and headbands. All flash sale orders are FINAL SALE.
Does Leia Roux ship internationally?
Yes, our website currently ships to Canada and Australia. Outside the noted territories feel free to email us so we can make it happen for you.
How do you ship orders? Will I be notified my order has shipped?
We ship to the address provided via Paypal. Please double check that your info is correct BEFORE check-out.
Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. International orders will ship via International First Class with no tracking. Once shipped, you will get an automatic email thru Paypal, alongside tracking number to anticipate such package. (Depending on your email settings, please also check your spam folder)
Disclaimer: Leia Roux is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Delayed scanning on USPS part is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. What you see on their website is what I see. Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations. Leia Roux is not responsible for contacting and following up with USPS for such situations.
***Packages that go missing via USPS will be offered store credit (minus shipping & no refunds) or a replacement ONLY AFTER 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website.
Leia Roux is not responsible for lost international orders. Once a package leaves the control of Leia Roux, the consumer is responsible for contact between customs and post to locate or dispute any lost, damages, or otherwise delayed packages. Leia Roux does not have any control over any postal services or once it leaves US grounds. We are not responsible for any unforeseen additional custom fees. International orders are at your own risk.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, select the Rush Shipping option on our website. When purchasing for gifting or baby shower, please note at the time of purchase.
I bought an item yesterday, can you combine or refund my shipping?
Unfortunately, due to the heavy volume of orders, once order is placed I cannot combine an order with another. All orders placed at same time will be shipped together. I also cannot refund shipping.
If your would like to cancel an order, it MUST be done within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise the handmade process (or packaging) has begun and inventory has already been put aside. Please note that these are FINAL SALE= NO returns or exchanges. It is best to gift/ or resell.
